Plain words, short list. This page explains what we collect, why, and how to remove it.

Who we are

Plainsort is a small, independent business based in the Philippines that makes templates, guides and SOPs. You can reach us at hello@plainsort.com.

What we collect

• Your email address, only if you type it into a signup form. We use Kit (kit.com) to store it and send emails.
• Order details, only if you buy something. Payments are handled by the store you buy on, such as Gumroad. We never see or store your card number.
• Basic site data. Our host, Cloudflare, may log technical data such as your IP address and browser to keep the site secure and working.

What we use it for

• To send you what you signed up for: free templates and our weekly email.
• To deliver what you bought and answer your questions.

We do not sell or rent your email address. We do not share it with anyone except the services above that help us run Plainsort.

Your choices

• Every email has an unsubscribe link. One click and you are off the list.
• Email hello@plainsort.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it.

Your rights

We follow the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012. Depending on where you live, laws such as the GDPR may give you similar rights, and we honor those requests too.

Changes

If this policy changes, we update the date at the top of this page.
