Refund policy
If a paid template is not right for you, you get your money back.
14 days, no questions asked. Email hello@plainsort.com within 14 days of buying, with the email you used to order. We refund you through the store you bought on.
Good to know
- You do not need to explain why. If you want to tell us what did not fit, it helps us make better templates.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method. How long it takes to show depends on your bank or payment app.
- Marketplaces such as Etsy have their own rules for digital items. If you bought there, check the listing, or email us and we will help.
- Free templates are free, so there is nothing to refund.
